RECAP:
It feels like I haven’t talked to you guys in ages! The holidays got really hectic and between kids and growing new life I had to skip a couple weeks. But I’m back!!
Where should I even begin… My dad came from Germany to spend some time with us and while he’s been here, Lucky and I got to spend a few days in Aspen. We had the most amazing time and NEED to go back to visit. It started snowing the day of our departure which meant that I had to stay another night which I wasn’t complaining about. The mountains covered in snow, the smell of a crisp snowy morning and enjoying some more delicious food made it all worth it. After we got back I knew it was time to let you all in on a little secret and we announced our third pregnancy! A lot of you were guessing already and all the love I received warmed my heart. Because of travel, tiredness and spending time with my dad I haven’t been in the kitchen as much as I’d like - but I’m happy to announce that I’m back to cheffing it up.
Totally off topic- Who else has a love/hate relationship with the colder seasons? Don’t get me wrong- I love wearing coats, setting up a hot chocolate station and watching holiday rom-coms. On the other hand I do miss waking up to the sun, going out in a tank top or enjoying outdoor seating at a restaurant.
