Spring is around the corner!
it's been a while
RECAP:
Hi!! It feels like it’s been forever since I last spoke to you guys. I’m so sorry it’s taken a few weeks for me to post, it’s been a hectic few weeks.
From coming back from New York, to getting baby things prepped and a whole lot of cooking. I went to New York to attend the Tory Burch show which was such a fun little trip. I can’t believe I was sitting so close to one of my favorite authors and didn’t notice… On another note, I’m starting to compile a list of what I need for baby and postpartum. It feels like I’ve forgotten just how many things I needed. We donated almost all of our newborn/baby items since I was convinced we were done having kids. So in a way we’re starting from scratch again. My new rocking chair and babies bed arrived yesterday and it’s all starting to feel very, very real now. I could be giving birth in 4 weeks!! In my last two pregnancies I never prepped postpartum meals and snacks but this time around, I am planning on doing it! Would that be something you guys would like to see?

These turned out so delicious and I couldn’t get enough of the filling! I ended up turning them into Oreo soft serve and froze the rest to have some ice cream.
